I use my comprehensive toolbox for my seller clients to fully understand their motivation and needs, I compile a detailed market analysis of their home to establish the best price to attract qualified buyers then I implement my multi layer marketing plan for Sellers helping turn "For Sale" signs into "Sold" signs."
